Warranty and Returns

Warranty

We warrant the Return-to-Center Mailbox Post System and accessory products manufactured by or for Mailbox Post Solutions and More LLC, dba Return-to-Center for three years from the date of purchase.  Should one of our manufactured products malfunction, simply email us photographs of the damaged/malfunctioning part and we will promptly replace it.  In some cases return shipping of damaged item(s) may be required {see “Returns”}.  This warranty does not apply if the mailbox post system or accessory items were improperly installed, used for purposes other than intended, or if damage is caused by inherent vice or another party.

Products sold by but not manufactured or produced by Mailbox Post Solutions and More LLC, dba Return-to-Center are not warranted by us.  Only warranties expressed or implied by the products manufacturer are applicable.  Claims for damage or replacement of these items and shipping/return requirements should be addressed with the manufacturer.

In no event shall Mailbox Post Solutions and More LLC, be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Returns

You may return your order for a refund so long as it is in new, resaleable condition within thirty days of receipt, under the following conditions: all parts, packaging materials, original carton and instruction materials must be included. Please include your receipt (usually a print out of your emailed invoice which you should receive at the time you place your order online). The refund will include the cost of the merchandise and not shipping expenses either coming or going unless such merchandise is defective. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED unless damaged during shipping.

What if your order is received in damaged condition?

Do not install a mailbox/post/accessory that has been delivered in damaged condition. Do not move or transport the damaged items to a different location. Contact us immediately. A damage claim must be filed with the package delivery company or trucking company. They will not honor a damage claim if you do not report this damage promptly or if you move, transport, or install the damaged item. As a rule, products shipped from Mailbox Post Solutions and More, LLC. are shipped in new, undamaged condition. You will need to provide a photo(s) of the damage to us so we may submit it with the claim. Once a determination of shipping company damage has been made, you will be asked to keep the damaged item(s) and all packing materials for the shipping company to pick up and inspect. This is their required procedure. Without the damaged item(s) and packing materials, they will not honor a damage claim. In the event we determine the problem is a manufacturer's defect, we will issue you a return label and replace the product immediately.

If you are receiving a large item (shipment) via truck, be sure to inspect the merchandise being delivered BEFORE signing any receipt of goods, bill of lading, and/or waiver of liability. We are not responsible for damage done by a trucking company, especially if you have signed a waiver of liability. Please do a thorough inspection before signing anything.
