Your mailbox post will be shipped from our manufacturing facility in Ohio City, Ohio. Some accessories will be shipped from our accessories fulfillment center located in Marysville, Ohio or shipped directly from a 3rd party manufacturer or distributor. Your order may be delivered in separate shipments due to their shipping origin. Online orders can only be shipped within the contiguous USA. Delivery outside the contiguous USA may be arranged by calling 937-594-3563.

Your order may be shipped by either or both services. Generally the mailbox post system will be shipped via UPS. Accessories may be shipped by either service depending on delivery location, scheduled delivery time and cost. Order tracking is available for items shipped via UPS. Unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control, damage to material could occur during shipment. We will be happy to replace any damaged or incorrect material as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is the customers responsibility to INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND MARK ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING. If you are unable to inspect everything due to daylight or time constraints, EXCEPTION must be marked on the signed documents and any problems must be reported within 48 hours to Return-to-Center and the freight company. Please take digital photos of any damages if possible, this will make freight claims faster and help us in our continued effort to improve our packaging procedures.
